You can build a country cottage of stone. The stone cottage will cost you around Rs.1,800/- per sq. ft. (the cost will vary depending on your specifications).

However, eco-friendly methods have some restrictions. You can only build on 1,750 sq. ft. of ground area in each plot. You can only build ground floor plus one. All cottages will have a sloping roof with a provision for rainwater harvesting.
