- We will follow a variable pricing model. Prices for each plot will vary depending on the view, slope and altitude. Prices will however, be below the going market rate in the area.
- Please note: Other projects in the area are selling much smaller plots than Jacaranda (between 5 and 10 cents) at the rate of Rs. 1.75 lakh/cent or Rs. 1.75 crore/acre.
- 15% of the revenue from Jacaranda will be set aside for EcoEarth projects that directly help the local population to get better value for their produce.
