- We will follow a variable pricing model. Prices for each plot will vary depending on the view, slope, altitude, of each plot. Prices will, however, be below the going market rate in the area.
- Please note: Other projects in the area are selling much smaller plots than Jacaranda (between 5 and 10 cents) at the rate of Rs. 1.5 lakh/cent or Rs. 1.5 crore/acre.
- 15% of the revenue from Jacaranda will be set aside for EcoEarth projects that directly help the local population get better value for thier produce.
