Layout of Site The site is situated seven kms. from the Kodai lake with an ideal gradient for construction and terraced cultivation. Dotted with plum & pear trees, the fertile black soil facilitates at least three crops of vegetables (peas, carrots, cabbage, beans, etc.) a year, yielding a return of around Rs.10,000 per year (depends on suitable weather conditions and correct agricultural practices).
The temperature during the summer months ranges from 10.C (night temperature) to 20.C (day temperature). During the winter months (Oct-Jan), the temperatures range from 6.C during the night to 12.C during the day.
