The road that leads up to the property is a panchayat road. Telephone connection and three Natural Springs on Jacaranda property-phase power supply have already been installed within the site. Hence, installation of the above facilities in each of the plots is of no problem. There are four natural springs, a rivulet and a small stream running through the property. The site has adequate water supply, if supplemented with rain water harvesting.

The road will be black-topped/concreted or made motorable using eco-friendly, sustainable material. A part of the inner road to each of the plots has been completed. The remaining is under construction.
