The property is dotted with pear, plum, wattle, blue gum and silver oak trees. The nearby Shola is home to plenty of wildlife. Birds such as the rare King Hawk, green finches, bulbuls, wood pigeons and hill mynahs abound. The lush green vegetation occasionally attracts a wild boar, a Nilgiri Gaur and a bison or two.
