Panel of Architects / Contractors
In order to facilitate the process of building a cottage for our customers, we have a panel of architects/ contractors pre-approved by the project consultant. A completely transparent process allows the customer to make a choice of architect / contractor from this panel. All rates are discussed directly between the architect and contractor. The project consultant plays an advisory role here ensuring that the rates quoted are in keeping with current market rates.
Facility Management Services
- An appropriate enterprise shall be appointed to provide facility management services for our customers. This includes 24-hour security service, maintenance of common areas such as roads, storm water drains and streetlights.
- The FMS also takes care of paying land taxes, telephone and electricity bills, etc.
- Special services, such as gardening, planting etc can be availed at an extra cost.
Customer Response Cell
A customer response cell has been established to communicate with our customers and to arrange for site visits. This is largely done through the net and when required, over the telephone or in person.
